* All reservations are charged at the time of booking.

* Reservation is not considered confirmed unless it is paid in full.

* After the reservation is confirmed no refunds will be issued for cancellations by customers.

* 26 Black Car Rental Team will do everything to confirm the vehicle that is booked, however, in some rare cases the vehicle becomes unavailable then the customer will be notified before the rental takes place. The payee will have an option to confirm the new vehicle or cancel the rental with full refund. Refunds will be issued to the payee in the same payment method that is made.

* Vehicles are booked for the whole duration of the reservation therefore no early return refunds will be issued.

* Security deposit is required for all rentals and the amount will be determined depending on the vehicle and renter's insurance.

* Security deposit refunds may take up to 30 days. 26 Black Car Rental has the right to wait until all parking, express lane, toll road violations to clear.

* 26 Black Car Rental vehicles are non-smoking vehicles. A minimum charge of $300 will be applied to the rental if there is any smoking related smell. Smoking includes but not limited to cigarettes, cigars, marijuana & vaping. This charge can go up depending on how many detailing services the vehicle needs and how many days is the car out of service.
